  • Why am I getting a “403 Error – App Not Assigned” message?
If you are a new user, you must first sign up and complete your registration before attempting to log in. Please use the Sign Up link available on the landing page to create your account. If you have already signed up and are still receiving the “403 Error – App Not Assigned” message while trying to log in, please contact our Support Team using the link provided on the Contact us page for further assistance.
  • When will I see education for other HCL Software products?

  • I see a “You don’t have access to this Course” message and the course appears to be locked. How do I get access?
If you are seeing this message on a course, it means either you are not logged into the platform or access to the course has not been enabled for you. Please contact our support team via the Contact us page to check whether this course can be enabled for your account.
  • Why am I seeing the message “This Lesson is Locked”?
This message appears if you are trying to access a course without logging in to the platform. Please log in to your account and then try accessing the lesson again. If you are already logged in and still see the “Lesson is Locked” message, please contact our Support Team using the link provided on the Contact us page for further assistance.
  • I am a Business Partner of HCLSoftware. How do I access HCLSoftware U?
Please ensure you are signed up within our HCLSoftware Partner Program. Visit HCLSoftware Partner Connect and select Join. Once the Partner is registered and the individual user is approved by the Primary Contact/Admin on the Partner side, you will be able to access the platform and partner-specific courses.
  • How do I reset or unlock my HCL Software ID?
